FINANCING OPTIONS
- Income qualified individuals or families may be eligible for special financing including USDA Rural Development 502 Loan Program.
- Port Harbor will build for FHA, VA, or USDA guaranteed loans.
- No down payment mortgages which do not require private mortgage insurance are available.
- Conventional construction financing.
